Tracy Lynn Bevins, 52, of Vinton, Iowa, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022. Tracy was born Feb. 27, 1970, to Duane Bevins and Diane (Tesdahl) McCarte.
She is survived by her lifelong partner of 25 years, Mark Rocarek; her children, Cassie (Adam) O'Shogay, Karissa McAtee, Genna Rocarek and Tanner Rocarek; three brothers, Robert Bevins, Brett Bevins and Shawn McCarte; and her faithful four-legged companion, Peaches. Also, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in dead by her parents; her stepfather, Mike McCarte; a brother, Richard Bevins; an aunt, Teresa Tesdahl; two uncles, David Tesdahl and Larry Bevins; her fraternal grandparents and her maternal grandparents; and her stepgrandmother, Marilyn McCarte.
She worked at the Vinton Lutheran Home until her death. She loved being outdoors, going to Tama, spending time with her family and giving cuddles to Peaches. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Someday Tracy, we will all meet in that big casino in the clouds! BINGO!
Tracy did not want services. So, we are having a Celebration of Life for her on Saturday, May 21, 2022, in Palo, Iowa, at Pleasant Creek, North Pavilion. Signs will be posted. It will be held from 2 to 7 p.m.
