Thomas "Tom" D. Robertson, 81, of Iowa City passed away on Wednesday, May 4, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, May 9, at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service. Funeral Services will be in Ottumwa, Iowa, on Tuesday, May 10. Visitation will be at Reece Funeral Home at noon, followed by the service at
1 p.m. Burial will be at McCormick Cemetery following services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed toward the Wild Animal Sanctuary or the Wounded Warrior Project.
Tom is survived by his children, Joan R. Ochoa (Juan) and Greg Robertson (Amy); grandchildren, Ian, Tatiana, Breck and Kynley; his significant other, Linda Vass; and numerous extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin P. and Edna F. (Bull) Robertson; and his sister, Mary Ellen Steigleder Zook.
