Scott Charles Hagen of Baton Rouge, La., passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the age of 60.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Scott has been buried at the Ramsey Creek Preserve in South Carolina.
