Jerry Hastings passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 23, 2022, at the age of 73, after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer and COPD.
Jerry was a kind, hard-working man who loved his family more than anything and would help out a friend at a moment's notice. He loved semi-trucks and fixing up old cars when he wasn't out on the road working. He especially loved having the grandkids and great-grandkids come visit.
Jerry was survived by his wife of 56 years, Patricia Hastings; his three daughters, Robin (Gene) Moyle, Tracy (Craig) Althoff and Kelly Ingles; grandchildren, Shayla, Shane and Shyanna Ingles, Ryan Moyle and four bonus grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Raelyn, Riley and Rowan Fangman and eight bonus great-grandchildren. He also was survived by Mother, Dorotha Hastings; sisters, Beverly (Dave) Atkinson, Phyllis Hastings, Lois Miller and Lynn Dahling; and brother, Frank Hastings; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jerry was honored at a small private gathering with family and close friends. No service will be held and burial will be at a later date.
