Will it be war or negotiations and diplomacy?

President Joe Biden has recently raised the subject of "a sacred commitment." We have a choice. Is it a NATO commitment to continue the enmity and killing by sending more weapons? Or is it the United Nations commitment to end the scourge of war by negotiations and diplomacy? Have we lost all sense of the sacred?
