Bluebird Cafe opens in Solon

After several months of remodeling, Bluebird Cafe has opened another location, branching out to Solon.
The classic American diner started with a soft opening around March 9 at 112 E. Main St. Bluebird offers omelets, pancakes and breakfast served all day. A lunch and dinner-oriented menu with burgers, sandwiches and salads also is available.
Bluebird Cafe first opened in 2011 in North Liberty. Lacey Meyne, Luke Meyne and Dawn Culley own the Solon location.
Bluebird Diner in Iowa City is a separate entity and has been running under separate ownership since it was purchased in 2016.
