Dr. Sreedevi Jenigiri joined UnityPoint Clinic-Kidney Center in Cedar Rapids as a nephrologist.
Ryan C. Shellady is now with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman with a focus on family law.
CommUnity Crisis Services and Food Bank in Iowa City named Amel Ali to the newly created position of diversity, equity and inclusion outreach specialist.
Promotions
Thom Pritz, general manager of KCRG television station in Cedar Rapids, now also oversees Gray Television’s stations in Ottumwa; Sioux Falls, S.D.; and Duluth, Minn.
Acquisitions
The operating assets of the solar division of Atwood Electric, in Sigourney, have been acquired by South Bend, Ind.-based Martell Services Group Inc. The new entity is a subsidiary of Martell Services.
Networking
Monthly in-person networking and informative breakfasts sponsored by SCORE are held at Scott's Family Restaurant in Cedar Rapids. Small business owners and those looking at options are invited to attend at 7:30 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month through October. The next event is Thursday. Ellen Hallin, co-owner and CFO of Meld Marketing in Coralville, has been appointed to the communications committee of the not-for-profit TRAIL of Johnson County.
Terry and Sandra Sill, owners of Budget Blinds in Marion and in other cities in Iowa and Wisconsin, received a 2022 Budget Blinds Top Sales Award to for ranking among the top six Budget Blinds franchisees in annual sales in 2021.
