Nic Plecker joined the Rinderknecht Associates team as chief estimator.
Promotions
Bankers Trust promoted Todd Wishman to chief lending officer and he has joined the bank’s executive committee. Jack Gonder was promoted to Eastern Iowa market president and has joined the bank’s Management Committee.
Think Iowa City promoted Stacey Houseman to vice president of special events, sales and servicing; Monica Nieves, vice president of marketing and communications; and Nick Pfeiffer, vice president of public affairs.
Laura Glanz was promoted to business office manager at Advanced Therapy Specialists.
Board Members
UnityPoint Health-St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids added to its board of directors Curt Heideman, U.S. Bank’s Iowa Region; and Don Johnson, Shuttlesworth and Ingersoll.

Veridian Credit Union president and CEO Renee Christoffer will join a panel at the Credit Union National Association’s upcoming Government Affairs Conference to discuss “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: The Key to Advancing Communities, Financial Well-Being for All and our Future,” as part of the five-day conference for credit union industry leaders in Washington, D.C.
