Robert 'Bob' Reed

Sun City, Ariz.
Robert (Bob) Alan Reed of Sun City, Ariz., the son of Vernon J. and Dellene Johnson Reed, died of a massive heart attack two weeks before his 57th birthday.
He is survived by his parents; two sons, Thomas (Tom) Reed of Cedar Rapids and Daniel "Danny" (Breanna) Reed of Seattle, Wash.; as well as his two grandsons, William and Oliver; and a sister, Susan (Peter) Holm of Palmdale, Calif.
Bob graduated from Jefferson High School in 1983 and served in the National Guard. He earned his bachelor's degree in applied science from Mounbt Mercy College, graduating Cum Laude and worked for Rockwell for 30 years. Bob had varied interests and liked to read technical books, of which he had many. He also enjoyed model railroading. He had strong conservative political views ready to debate anyone willing. Bob was baptized (by total submersion) in 1985 into the saving/healing name of Jesus and received his spirit fulfilling Scripture, a born again experience. Bob is deeply missed by all of his family and they hope to be reunited with him soon.
