Nelson Luke Smalley, 62, Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. A Cebelration of Life will be held at a later date.
Survivors include his brothers, Matthew (Dana), Frank (Julie), Steven, Paul (Chris), Ben and Mark; a sister, Angela; and several nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Christi; father and mother, Howard and Tressie; brothers, John and Adam; and nephew, Matthew (Grumpy) Smalley.

Nelson was born May 21, 1959, in Akron, Ohio, the son of Howard and Tressie Smalley. His beloved wife, Christi, and he loved to fish and listen to music. He had lots of jokes. He and his brothers enjoyed reminiscing and telling of many stories of when they were young as well as not so young. Nelson also loved music, any kind of music, he especially loved the song "Pontoon." He loved his brother Matthew's dog, Moses, his buddy. Nelson was loved and will be missed by many.
A special thanks to the Oldorf Hospice House for the genuine care and respect they gave Nelson in his last days.
