Arnold "Lee" Coppess, 82, of Stanwood, Iowa, died unexpectedly of a brain aneurysm on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. On Monday, Feb. 7, 2022, Fry Funeral Home will host a visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. A funeral service at the First United Church of Christ, Tipton, officiated by the Rev. Kerri Sandusky, will begin with military honors at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022. For those who are unable to attend, a live stream of the funeral service will be made available at either www.firstucctipton.org or www.facebook.com/firstucctipton. After the service, a luncheon will be provided, followed by graveside services at St. John's Cemetery in Clarence, Iowa.
