Stacy L. Smyth went to be with her Lord on Jan. 18, 2022. She was born on Sept. 13, 1967, to Ted and Mary Le Smyth. Stacy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was employed by CRST Trucking.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Lynn (Ed) St. John; brother, Steven Smyth; former husband and soulmate, Kevin Johnson; along with her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; three aunts; and her brother, Scott.
Our thanks to St. Luke's Hospice for her care and who helped fulfill her wishes to donate her body to the Mayo Clinic for research. Also, thanks to Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, who assisted with all the arrangements.
