Fern E. Yoder, the daughter of Lawrence and Verna (Beckler) Kuhns, passed away Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022, at the Keota Health Care Center at the age of 83.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Wellman Fire Station. A memorial fund has been established for Wellman Ambulance, Wellman Fire Department and Hospice of Washington County. Powell Funeral Home, Wellman, is caring for Fern and her family.
