New Hires

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex has hired Tristan Harris as general manager and Patrick McKiver as director of food and beverage.

Kim Greiner now is financial assistant and Melanie Boots medication room manager for His Hands Free Clinic in Cedar Rapids.

Linn-Mar School Foundation selected Shelley Schroeder as its executive director. Schroeder most recently was treasury management officer for Farmers State Bank in Marion.

Promotions

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex promoted Ashley Coughlin to senior sales manager and Mourad El Haoud to assistant director of food and beverage.

Kristin Kuennen was promoted to senior project manager with Veridian Credit.

Mayuri Farlinger has been named vice president of customer and community engagement for Alliant Energy. Farlinger joined Alliant as an intern in 2004 and has worked in finance, audit, regulatory, account management, field engineering, customer renewables, revenue management and operations.

Board members

Angie Hoover was named to the Rayser Holdings board of directors. Hoover is the current chief operating officer of Rayser Holdings.

Networking

Monthly in-person networking and informative breakfasts sponsored by SCORE are held at Scott's Family Restaurant in Cedar Rapids.
