Kay "Casey" Dyal, 87, died unexpectedly at his home in Mission, Texas, on Dec. 5, 2021. Born in Indiana, he lived and worked in Cedar Rapids. He was a 1952 graduate of Wilson High School and a 68-year member of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local 125. Kay and his wife, Dorris, retired to Texas and Canada, where Kay enjoyed fishing and biking.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth; his parents, Roland and Stella; his sister, Juanita Baer; and his brothers, Palmer and Joe.
Kay is survived by his wife of 61 years, Dorris; his son, William (Joan); his granddaughter, Ali; his great-grandson, Ridge; and his sister, Janet Bostwick.
