CATHERINE "CATHY" AINESWORTH
Cedar Rapids
Catherine "Cathy" Ainesworth, of Cedar Rapids, transitioned into eternal rest early Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, at her daughter's home, also of Cedar Rapids. Per Cathy's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family.
Cathy is survived by her children, Dean Ainesworth, Marla Gonzalez, Bill Ainesworth and Brian Ainesworth, of which all have given her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ray; sister, Mary; daughter, Judi; and many other loved ones.
Her children would like to thank Mercy Hospice for all their help and kindness throughout this transition.
