What Cheer
Keith Raymond Anthony, 77, of What Cheer, formerly of Wapello, passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2021. The family is planning a private ceremony at this time and will announce a date for a Celebration of Life in spring 2022.
Keith and Mary met in 2007 and were married in Feburary 2018. Keith enjoyed spending time building things and puttering in his garage and wood shop. Together, they enjoyed going to auctions and spending time with their family. Keith served proudly in the Army in Vietnam.
He is survived by wife, Mary Polhamus-Anthony; children, Barb Rhoads (Jeff) of Georgia, Deb Mullan (Mark) of Iowa and Ann Griffith (Todd) of Iowa; brother, Lyndel; sisters, Janice and Wanda; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ruth (Phillips) Anthony; sister, Arlene; and a daughter, Evelyne.
