Jerry Lyle Tanner, 81, of Marengo, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 17, 2021, at his home in Marengo.
A funeral service for the immediate family only will be held at the Smith Funeral Home in Victor with Pastor Stuart Vander-Vegte, Victor United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Ladora Cemetery. The service will be streamed on the Smith Funeral Home Facebook page available to view on Dec. 24, 2021.
Memorial contributions may be designated to the Ladora Heritage United Methodist Church, in care of the Smith Funeral Home in Victor, 808 Fourth St., Victor, IA 52347.
