John Raymond Menuis, 82, of Springville, Iowa, passed away at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 17, 2021, at his home in Springville. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Marion is assisting the family.
John was born March 2, 1939, to Ray and Virginia (Martin) Menuis. He married Hazel Denniston and later divorced. A resident of Cedar Rapids since 1968, he was employed at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids.
John is survived by his brother, Ed Menuis of Springville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sons, Duane, Timothy and Raymond Menuis; two sisters, Janet and Kathleen; and a half brother, Richard Funk.
No services are planned; burial will be at Springville Cemetery. A memorial will be planned at a later date.
