Reader is confused by Gazette changes

As I unfolded and shook my recent Thursday morning paper searching for the editorial page, I couldn't help but wonder whose brilliant idea it was to wreak havoc on the sections of The Gazette that formerly had been in logical order and easy to navigate. What purpose is served by putting editorials after Sports followed by Nation/World?
On Sunday the book section is hidden somewhere in Leisure. Also on Sunday, Cooking and Dear Abby must have been thrown up in the air and landed in the Living section keeping company with the Sunday crossword puzzle.
A disgruntled employee? A rogue editor partial to practical jokes? A child let loose in the printing plant?
Oh, I know, you hired the guy who worked on the downtown streets!
