Dennis W. Ball, 84, of Ferndale, Wash., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021, at Whatcom Hospice House in Bellingham, Wash., after a courageous battle with cancer. Whatcom Cremation and Funeral is in charge of arrangements. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Survivors include his children, Bridgett Ball (Tom Leeson) of Cedar Rapids, Dennis Jr. of Washington state, Bob Hoskins of California and Tanna Davis of Minnesota; grandchildren, Hunter, Mitchell, Patrick, Benjamin, Evan and Tina; and great-grandchildren, Jessica, Brandon, Justin, Avery and Jeremy.
Dennis was retired from Rockwell Collins, where he was employed for 35 years. He also was a Navy Veteran and a member of the Masons.
