Chew on This: Foundry Food + Tap opens in Coralville

Foundry Food + Tap opened to the public on Nov. 17 in Coralville, the small chain’s first location outside of the Quad Cities.
Foundry’s first location was in Bettendorf. Coralville is its second location, now at 3266 Crosspark Rd. Suite 101.
The menu offers a wide variety of American fusion appetizers and wings, in addition to steaks, pasta, fajitas and burgers.
Soon, the new location will offer brunch. Its Bettendorf brunch spread boasts stations for prime rib, carved ham, omelets and eggs Benedict, crepes and bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys and Moscow Mules.
