Sandra Lee Mentzer, 77, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at Living Center West. A visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories following the visitation. Burial will follow the funeral service.
Sandra was born Dec. 5, 1943, to Donald and Marjorie (Eubanks) Spicher in Cedar Rapids Iowa. She married William "Bill" Mentzer on Dec. 13, 1993, in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, baking, going for walks, and loved to shop. She cherished the time she spent with her family.
Sandra is survived by her special friend, Paul; her children, Tammy (Larry), Michael (Linda) and Jeff (Emily); grandchildren, Justin, Derek, Courtney, Whitney, Amiee, Brad, Corinne, Sevanna, Dylan, Scottie and Delana; great-grandchildren, Brynn, Morgan and Ashton; two sisters, Sharon and Sue; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband and her parents.
