Max E. Hocken, 98, of Robins, Iowa, passed away Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at Emery Place. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Marion with visitation one hour prior. Burial with full military honors for Max and his son, David Hocken, a Vietnam Veteran who died Feb. 18, 2020, will be at Troy Mills Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to St. Croix Hospice or Emery Place Assisted Living.
