Fred D. Tobin Sr., 55, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away peacefully at St. Luke's Hospital surrounded by his loved ones on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021.
Fred was born on Aug. 10, 1966, to Connie and Larry Tobin Nesbitt Sr. He was so proud of all his kids and grandkids. Fred married Melissa (Holladay) Tobin and they had a great life together.
He is survived by his mom, Connie Nesbitt; and wife, Melissa. Fred had a brother, Larry (Michelle) Nesbitt; and a sister, Daneen (Johnny) Clark. Fred had one daughter, Katie Ingalls (Jacob); and six sons, Ryan (Chrystal), Fred Jr., Keegan, Larry, Brayden Tobin and Chris Walker (Georgia). He had 16 grandkids. Fred had one nephew and four nieces. He loved his family very much. We all are going to miss and love him greatly.
Fred was preceded in death by his father, Larry Tobin Nesbitt Sr., and two grandmothers.
The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
