Let’s get rid of daylight saving time

It’s time to unplug daylight saving time. Just resetting clocks (kitchen, living room, bathroom bedrooms, watches, and car, etc.) is more that a nuisance. Some clocks take a manual to figure them out and that may not work. Is that a pleasant experience? And for all this work, we are rewarded with the loss of one hour. Just be glad you don’t have to reset air, rail and other expansive schedules. It ain’t worth it any longer.
So, the conclusion is quite simple. Legislate it into history. There are a number of states that don’t have it and guess what? They are still around and happy not changing the time. It’s called a labor saving device. Let’s see if the Iowa Legislature agrees.
