HAROLD "HAL" NISSEN
Rancho Mirage, Calif.
Harold "Hal" Nissen passed away at the age of 89 in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
Born on a farm near Cushing, Iowa, was a veteran of the Korean War, having served four years in the U.S. Air Force.
Harold worked various management positions at Rockwell International for 35 years, retiring in 1991.
His wife of 65 years, LaVonne (Bonnie) preceded him in death by five years.
The family is survived by son, Brian, and his spouse, Lawrence of Rancho Mirage, Calif.; daughter, Janeen Davis, and her husband, Tedd of Longmont, Colo.; and two grandsons, Ian Davis, and his wife, Jerrica of Minneapolis, Minn., and Trevor Davis of Longmont, Colo.
Per Harold's request, there will be no local services. Final internment for Harold and Bonnie will be sometime next year at Cushing Iowa Cemetery.
