TIMOTHY JOHN BRITT
Adrian, Mo.
Timothy John Britt, 66, of Adrian, Mo., died unexpectedly Aug. 22, 2020. Tim was born March 13, 1954, to William and Mary Ann (Schemmel) Britt. Tim graduated in 1972 from Maquoketa Valley High School, Delhi, and the University of Northern Iowa in 1976. Tim was employed for over 42 years with John Deere as the territory sales manager for the Midwest, retiring in 2019.
Tim was married to Ann Zenz from 1982-89. He then met his finance, Beverley Larrick, and they enjoyed traveling and adventures.
He is survived by his two children, Tyler Britt of Kansas City, Mo., and Krista Britt of Harrisonville, Mo.; Fiancee, Beverley Larrick of Amoret, Mo.; brothers, Jeff (Patti) of Riverside, Iowa, and Dan (Jean) of Waverly, Iowa; and sisters, Connie (Jerry) Meisgeier of Traer, Iowa and Jill (Tom) Hentges of Palatine, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Edward and Dora Schemmel; John J. and Eunice Britt.
Friends are invited to graveside service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at St. John's Cemetery, Delhi, Iowa, followed by a Celebration of Life at the Delhi Legion from 2 to 4 p.m. Masking is requested.
