Douglas Frank, born Dec.
6, 1954, in Julesburg, Colo., passed away Sept. 28, 2021, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Doug was a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard and supported veterans throughout his life. He was a man of great faith and member of Stonebridge Church. He loved his family and friends deeply, laughed freely, never knew a stranger, served his neighbors and always said yes to a beer.
Doug is survived by his mother, Betty Frank; seven brothers and sisters; daughter, Sara; son, Patrick; one grandchild; and a former spouse.
A celebration of life is being planned for Spring 2022 in Denver, Colo.
In lieu of flowers to honor Doug's servant heart, the family asks that you do a kind or helpful act of service for a neighbor.
