MYRNA LU MYERS
Avondale, Ariz.
Myrna Lu Myers, 86, of Avondale, Ariz., formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Friday, Oct. 1, 2021. Services will be announced at a later date. Myrna and her husband will be entombed at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Myrna was very proud of her service in the U.S. Air Force as a W.A.C.K. She always made time for her friends, family and loved ones. She was one of a kind.
She is survived by children,
Stephen Sandquist, Jon (Jean) Sandquist, Julie Cole and Rob (Todd) Sandquist;
eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and all the kids who
called her mom.
Myrna was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald C. Myers; infant son Jerry; two sisters, Leta and Esther; and parents, Wallace and Allice Bixby.
The family would like to thank all of her medical doctors and Hospice Of Valley.
