Elaine E. Merwin passed away at 96 years of age on Sept. 9 2021. Elaine was a mother with so many talents and knowledge of so many things. Due to her wishes, she was
cremated and no services.
She is survived by children, Carol Kasemeier, David Merwin and Aaron Merwin; five grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister, Arlene Solomon; and brother, Ervin Bugenhagen.
She was preceded in death by father, Edwin Bugenhagen; mother, Lydia Backes; brothers, Harlan and Edwin Jr. Bugenhagen; grandson, Ryan Bailey; and husband, Ray Merwin.
