The Nolan family of Marion, Iowa, grieves the loss of their fifth eldest child, Brian Frank Nolan, on Sept. 7, 2021.
Brian was a skilled carpenter, an avid cyclist who participated in several seasons of RAGBRAI, a loving father, and devoted son.
Brian is survived by his son, Jacob; mother, Carole; brothers, Thomas, James, Michael and Robert; and sisters, Kaye, Sue and Anne.
His father, Patrick Vincent Nolan, preceded him in death in 2006.
Brian will be remembered for his generous heart that was always willing to be of service to a friend or neighbor in need. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
