The first of three buildings in a $50 million condominium development in Coralville is expected to open in the spring 2022, according to a news release.
The Elevate condos, 4 Russell Slade Blvd., will be within a mile of Iowa River Landing and Interstate 80.
The first building will have 50 one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos. The second and third buildings, which are expected to be built in “the next three or four years,” will add another 130 units.
“When we first saw the land we knew it had amazing possibilities,” said Mike Bails, a Realtor at Urban Acres Real Estate and a partner on the project, in the release.
Bails’ rental property management company Brotherton Investments, Urban Acres Real Estate and North Liberty-based developer Grand Rail partnered on the project.
Leases will start at $1,115 per month for a one-bedroom unit, according to Elevate’s website. Sales start at $229,900.
The most expensive unit costs $774,900 to purchase.
