Ruth Anne Bacon, 77, of Coggon, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021, at her home.
Survivors include her three daughters, Inez (Scot) Gronewold of Olin, Dana (Joseph) Pasker of Manchester and Renee (Barry) Francois of Coggon; seven grandchildren, John (Jamie) Gronewold, Amanda (Don) Kintzle, Danielle (Lucas Pederson) Hutchinson, Sarah (Justin) Rieken, Joseph (Kara) Pasker, Braxton (Zach) Weber and Breanna (Cameron Nesler) Milburn; 12 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; four siblings, Curtis (Linda) Dunlap of Manchester, Vivian Thompson of New Mexico, Wendy Dunlap of Muscatine and Wanda (Dave) Klaren of Hopkinton; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service: 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at United Parish Church in Coggon, Iowa, with Pastor Sharon Andersen officiating. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends may also call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the church. Interment: Coggon Cemetery, Coggon, Iowa.
