Police investigating shooting in northeast Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS — Police are investigating after a woman said she was shot at while driving her vehicle in northeast Cedar Rapids.
Officers were called about 6:45 p.m. Thursday to the 900 block of Oakland Road NE for reports of gunfire, according to the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
Officers spoke with a 23-year-old woman who said she was driving with two passengers in her car in the 1100 block of I Avenue NE when a person in another vehicle began shooting at her.
Police said no one was injured.
