Iowa Republicans are vocal and reactionary

Why is Gov. Kim Reynolds and Sen. Chuck Grassley so quick to point the finger at Joe Biden when it was Trump who set the moratorium on the troop withdrawal? And why do they both say there should have been a better plan in place, when both of these politicians have been in office long enough to have contributed to a solution? It is disgraceful the way our current Iowa politicians can be so vocal and reactionary, instead of being a part of the solution in Washington.
