Cedar Rapids police have issued an Operation Quickfind for a 15-year-old boy who has been missing since Monday morning.
Jarvis Biah was last seen at 10:20 a.m. in the 600 block of 33rd Street SE. He is Black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has a small scar under his left eye and was wearing a white SpongeBob hoodie.
Anyone who may have information on Jarvis’s location should call the Cedar Rapids Police Department at 319-286-5491.
