Ronald W. Dicken, 87, of Marion, died on Aug. 5, 2021, at Silver Oak Nursing and Rehab Center following a short illness. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Lynda; son, Wayne (Lynn); and grandson, Ryan both of Port Orchard, Wash.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Ronald was born July 17, 1934, in Spokane, Wash., the son of Ralph and Effie Tate Dicken. He worked as a mail carrier
in Spokane for many years before his retirement. On Oct. 7, 2000, he married Lynda Marie White in Cedar Rapids.
Ronald enjoyed time spent with Lynda going out to dinner and taking drives with her. He also liked working on the computer.
