Apparently not much in the past 50-odd years for guy columnists who are home sick. (See today's Todd Dorman column)
In the 1950s, The Gazette carried "Broadway Marquee" by Dick Kleiner, a Newspaper Enterprise Assn. columnist and Broadway expert who would eventually become a well-known Hollywood columnist as well.
This is what he wrote on Oct. 6, 1954:
