Kurt Warner is worried

You would be worried, too, if you were in danger of losing a Pro Bowl wide receiver.
Kurt Warner, the quarterback from Cedar Rapids, signed a two-year, $23 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals last month. A big lure was the chance to keep throwing to Pro Bowl receivers Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin.
Boldin is unhappy with his contract, which has two years left, and has been put on the trading block. He said he's open to being traded. He had 89 catches for 1,038 yards last season.
An SI.com piece weighing Boldin's merits nails it.
Boldin said Thursday that Warner is worried about the future of the Cardinals with Boldin's status in the air.
Fitzgerald is concerned, too.
With good reason, with Fitzgerald, Boldin and Steve Breaston, Warner can continue to put up video-game passing numbers. Take away Boldin, a tough-as-nails guy who is the yin to the acrobatic Fitzgerald's yang, and the Cardinals are missing a vital cog.
Say what you will about Boldin the person. The guy comes to play. He had his face basically shattered in mid-season and returned not long afterward to help the Cardinals to their run to the Super Bowl.
Warner has prolonged his playing career in no small part because he believed Arizona can win a lot in these next two seasons. But an Anquan Boldin, temperamental or not, doesn't come along often.
Stay, Anquan, stay
