Regina rolls to state golf title

MARSHALLTOWN - Iowa City Regina cruised to the Class 2A girls' state golf title Tuesday, topping runner-up Clarion-Goldfield by 44 strokes. (707 to 751), at Legion Golf Course.
Regina's Missie Feuerbach tied for medalist runner-up at 162 (78-84), and Katie Feuerbach was seventh at 171 (79-92).
Mid-Prairie, paced by Kelsie Berg's fifth place (81-88-169), placed fourth in the team standings. Dyersville Beckman freshman Ellie Ament was fourth in medal play (79-86-165).
