One of you observant Hlog readers (Thanks, PantherHawk) passed along this nugget, which has already been discussed on at least one of the Iowa Hawkeye fan-site message boards. Here's a link to one of them, in fact:
What Coach Brew meant to say -- or should have said -- is teams have been 113-61-1 on staffs in which he has coached. Which is a perfectly valid thing to pat yourself on the back about.
But the coach wasn't the mastermind behind all 113 of those wins. Or was he?
Oh, one more thing. It's Chris Simms, Coach Brew, not Chris Sims.
But never mind that. Because Coach Brew went to see Minneapolis' other football team today.
