AUSTIN, TX - Hilary Ann Pepper and Travis James Sheppard, both of Austin, TX, announce their engagement.
Hilary is the daughter of Bill and Sharon Pepper of Swisher, IA. Travis is the son of Phillip and Ruth Ann Sheppard of Okpo, South Korea.
Hilary received both her B.A. in Spanish Education, and M.A. in TESOL from the University of Northern Iowa. She is an ESL Instructor at the University of Texas at Austin.
Travis received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He is a recruiter for a nonprofit/faith-based organization.
The couple will exchange wedding vows on September 7, 2009, in Georgetown, TX.
