Include coverage for existing conditions

I hope a health care reform would include:
1. A person could not be excluded because of pre-existing conditions. As an older person with diabetes, if I didn't have insurance now, I probably would not be able to get it.
2. Imperative to include end-of-life counseling. My husband died 4 1/2 years ago and we had made decisions together and with counsel from our doctor. Remember, this is not mandatory.
3. A public option coverage. I have excellent health care insurance, but I'm concerned that without a public option to compete with private carriers that I will not be able to afford it in a few years. Although I have a good policy, I want everyone to have similar coverage. Much of the extra I now pay is because people who do not have coverage use the emergency room and that makes costs skyrocket.
I hope people will not believe the lies that are causing fear in many people. Support the U.S. House plan.
