Time for officials to act in I.C., Coralville

Would someone in power in Iowa City and Coralville please stand up and address our problems, directly and honestly? You should all know what the problem is, but you don't say anything. People are living behind locked doors, afraid to go out. Some wonder if they can drive home after work and get there safely. Now I read that the quality of Iowa City schools is dropping like a rock. This should be the last straw.
Please, don't wait until more people are mugged, raped, shot, stabbed. Unchecked, this problem is only going to multiply.
