Scott Dochterman will be on assignment somewhere on old Highway 151, looking for folks who used to moon the Iowa buses as they weaved through southwest Wisconsin back in the day. I hope my wife (Lancaster/Platteville, Wis.) wasn't among that group, but I know I'm just kidding myself.
