Trying 9/11 suspects will ruin legal system

We're going to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and friends in our civilian court system? You have to be kidding me. So, after we go through $100 million, crucify our military, make victims of Islam militants and reveal CIA operatives, what happens? This is the system that couldn't convict O.J. Simpson. It's set up in favor of the defendant. Conveniently, we can release them right down the street from the Empire State Building.
To convict these terrorists in our civilian court, we must start from scratch. All confessions, all witnesses, all evidence will be thrown out. The accused were not read their Miranda rights. The evidence was not obtained per proper procedures. Habeas corpus was illegally suspended. Witnesses are gone. No forensic evidence remains.
They can't prove a building stood there, let alone an airplane flew into it. It's been eight to 10 years by the time they get under way. Even if they can find someone smarter than our attorney general and happen to convict them, it would be thrown out. They've already been tried in the media.
President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder already have convicted and executed them. No court could let a guilty verdict stand because the precedent established would destroy our legal system.
