Weather forecast postpones City Hall open houses on urban design
Dec. 7, 2009 11:14 am
The weather forecast for heavy snow and blizzard conditions has shut down City Hall's plans to hold open houses on Tuesday and Wednesday on urban design.
The open houses have been rescheduled for next Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 15 and 16. The Tuesday event will run from 4 to 7 p.m. and the Wednesday one from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both are in The Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Five Seasons Hotel.
These open houses on urban design principles are the first of a series of three that will take place over five months.
The open house also will provide an update on the city's neighborhood revitalization action plans. This planning activity is an outgrowth of four months of meetings and open houses earlier this year.
