Government is no longer run by the people
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Feb. 4, 2010 11:18 pm
How much in tax and regulation do you want? Is the realization setting in that big government is becoming more tyrannical and not the servant of the people anymore? From traffic lights and full body scanners to false choices in health care.
Barack Obama is looking more and more like a one-term president with his abandonment of virtually every campaign promise and support for big banks and state control and nationalization. To kill off a middle class, make it dependent on a government that cannot control its own costs, is suicidal. Yet from George Bush I to now, this trend has accelerated.
A control grid is being put into place with markets plundered here at home and the world economy booming in China and Australia. There are so many jobs in Western Australia, they cannot build homes fast enough. America has been left a rotted carcass, heaped in debt and a failed service sector. The artificial money market that propped it up is gone, the global bangksters paid.
Too many MBAs, too many lawyers. Derivatives gone. We don't produce anything anymore. The mass of unemployed, that is the new reality. Next comes eugenics and depopulation and more police measures and travel restrictions?
It is no longer our playground and you have to ask yourself: why?
