Adrian Clayborn: 'This year's Suh'
Mike Hlas Feb. 9, 2010 12:04 pm
This little insight from Ohio State center Jim Cordle was brought to my attention by Black Heart Gold Pants, and you Iowa Hawkeye fans in the readership will like it.
It came from this Q and A with Cordle at elevenwarriors.com, a blog devoted to Ohio State sports.
The excerpt:
Which opposing defensive lineman gave you the toughest head-to-head matchup during your career? What teammate was the most difficult to go against?
Everson Griffin was good, Brandon Graham was better, but this year Adrian Clayborn was by far the toughest head-to-head matchup. Next year he will be this year's (Ndamukong) Suh.
Cordle was no slouch himself. He was a three-year starter with the Buckeyes, and played in this year's East-West Shrine Game.
Yo, Adrian
